1.鲳鱼买回来后洗净。

2.大蒜剥去外皮。

3.青、红椒切段。

4.鲳鱼表面先轻拍一层淀粉。

5.锅中倒入适量油。

6.把鲳鱼放入剪制。

7.等煎到两面呈金黄色后盛出。

8.锅中留底油爆香姜、蒜。

9.倒入适量料酒和生抽,加少许水。

11.把剥好的大蒜放入酒精炉锅中。

13.底座放上燃料后点火。

14.把锅放在底座。

15.放入青、红椒后加盖煮。

小窍门&温馨提示
煎鱼小窍门:鱼清洗干净后用厨房纸吸干水份,然后轻拍上一层干淀粉或面粉,可防粘锅掉皮。
